Refund policy

Returns

Every sale here is different — a skid steer attachment, a 40ft container and a mini excavator do not come back the same way. Rather than bury you in fine print, we handle returns person to person. Call us within 30 days at (940) 400-0305 and we will sort it out.

Damaged, wrong, or not as described

That one is on us. If an item arrives damaged, we sent the wrong thing, or it is not what we told you it was, we will replace it or refund you at our cost. If it was delivered, note the damage on the freight bill where you can and send us photos. If you are picking up, tell us before it leaves the lot.

Changed your mind

Items in unused condition can come back within 30 days. A restocking fee may apply, and we will quote it to you up front before you return anything — no surprises after the fact. Return transport is the buyer's responsibility unless we got the order wrong. Items that have been used, run, installed or modified are not eligible.

Sold as inspected

We would rather you buy the right machine than send one back. You are welcome to come out and inspect any unit before you pay, and to bring your skid steer, tractor or excavator to test fit an attachment. If you cannot get here in person, call and we will walk you through it honestly, including anything we would want to know if we were the ones buying. What we tell you about a unit, we stand behind.
