Financing

Buy the machine now, pay for it over time.

Equipment is a working purchase, and most of it pays for itself before it is paid off. You can apply to spread the cost over monthly payments, see what you qualify for before you commit, and finish checkout in one sitting — no paperwork mailed back and forth.

Ways to pay

No added fee

Cash or cashier’s check

The cheapest way to buy from us. Nothing is added at checkout. Pay when you collect, by appointment at the yard.

Synchrony — Pay Over Time

Apply during checkout and pay monthly instead of all at once. You can check whether you prequalify without affecting your credit score. Your rate, your term and any promotional offer are set by Synchrony and shown to you before you accept anything.

Approval, terms and credit decisions are Synchrony’s, not ours.

+8% processing

Affirm

A second financing option at checkout, with its own application and terms. Affirm adds an 8% processing fee, shown as a separate line in your cart before you pay.

+4% processing

Credit or debit card

We invoice card payments by hand rather than running them through the website. Place your order or call us and we’ll send an invoice you can pay by card.

How the Synchrony application works

  1. Pick the machine first

Financing is applied to a real order, so choose the unit and any attachments and add them to your cart. If you are not sure which machine fits the job, call us before you apply rather than after.

  2. Choose Pay Over Time at checkout

Synchrony appears as a payment option alongside the others. You apply on their side, not ours — we never see or handle your financial details.

  3. See your terms before you commit

Synchrony shows you the amount, the monthly payment and the term. Read the promotional terms carefully, particularly anything describing deferred interest. Nothing is final until you accept.

  4. Collect by appointment

Once the order is approved we’ll set a pickup time at our Wichita Falls yard. You are welcome to inspect the machine and test fit attachments before it leaves.

Straight answers

Will applying hurt my credit?

Synchrony lets you check whether you prequalify without affecting your credit score. A full application is a separate step, and Synchrony will tell you what it involves before you submit it.

What rate will I get?

We genuinely cannot tell you. Rates and terms are set by the lender based on your application, and anyone who quotes you a rate before you apply is guessing. What we can tell you is the price of the machine, which is on every product page.

What does “deferred interest” mean?

Some promotional offers charge no interest if the balance is cleared inside the promo window — but if any balance remains at the end, interest can be charged back to the original purchase date. If your offer works this way, Synchrony will say so. Read it before you accept, and plan to clear the balance inside the window.

Can I finance an order-in item?

Yes. Items marked Not Stocked On Site are ordered in for you, and pricing on those reflects current supplier cost, so we confirm the final figure with you before the order is placed.

Do you finance to businesses?

The options above are consumer financing. If you are buying through a business and want commercial terms, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help or point you to someone who can.

I have a tax exemption. Does that still work?

Yes. Texas Agricultural (AG) and resale exemptions are accepted — bring the certificate at the time of purchase or send us a message before checkout. We cannot refund sales tax after a sale is completed, so sort it out beforehand.

Ready when you are

Pick the machine, and the payment options come up at checkout. If you would rather talk it through with a person first, that is usually faster.

Financing is provided by third-party lenders, subject to credit approval. Wichita Falls Equipment is not the lender and does not set, approve or guarantee rates, terms or credit decisions. Rates, terms and any promotional offers are presented by the lender during the application and are subject to change. Processing fees, where they apply, are shown as a separate line in your cart before payment.
